RUBI combines conversation history, explicit permanent rules and reviewed memory with a task console and Communications. Email execution has been exercised against the RUBI mailbox. Follow-up reminders are stored separately from outbound messages, so a reminder is not an automatic second send.

Connections and operating conditions

Your personal account must be connected before RUBI can read it or send as you. A company mailbox is not a substitute for missing personal authorization. Device-specific actions depend on the installed edition and its permissions.

Security and permissions

Personal records are owner-scoped. Company and school membership does not grant another person access to your private conversation or mailbox. Screen and microphone access remain consented.

Can RUBI keep my preferences between conversations?

Explicit rules and reviewed memory can persist across conversations under your account. A generated answer does not automatically become a trusted memory.

Does a follow-up reminder send another email?

No. A reminder tracks the next step. Sending another message remains a separate authorized action.
