RUBI AI — Enterprise AI Agents

A team of agents needs shared governance, not shared access to everything. RUBI organizes specialist work around approved scopes, recorded delegation and company permissions that can tighten access without exposing personal records.

Beyond a conversation

Business operations involve different people, systems and responsibilities. A sales task should not inherit a finance credential, and a company agent should not read an employee’s personal conversation. Deploying multiple assistants is useful only when their training, permissions and results remain reviewable. RUBI places these boundaries around coordination.

Prepare a specialist for an approved business scope

  1. 1

Define the specialist mission and approved sources.

  2. 2

Train and evaluate the agent before deployment.

  3. 3

Delegate the permitted task with an audit record.

  4. 4

Review its result and revoke access with the available kill switch when needed.

Available controls and recorded evidence

The agent registry supports trained specialists, recorded tasks and deployment gates tied to the latest evaluation. Company permissions are constrained by framework capabilities and owner overrides. My Team collaboration is opt-in and owner-approved, rather than an automatic bridge between private assistants.

Connections and operating conditions

A catalog entry does not establish a working connection to a company system. Each provider and organization still needs the appropriate account, scope and verification. Sector workflows shown in public presentations are illustrative unless their operation is documented for the actual deployment.

Security and permissions

Company agents do not inherit personal access. An override can tighten permissions, not expand beyond the framework cap. Credentials remain scoped, and team task approval is recorded rather than inferred from the model’s response.

Questions about Enterprise AI Agents

Do company agents share employees’ private memory?

No. Personal, company and educational scopes are separate. Company membership does not grant access to private records.

Can an agent deploy itself after writing a skill?

No. Generated work remains a draft or simulation until the required approval and latest passing evaluation permit deployment.
