By creating an account, signing in, or using RobLabs R.U.B.I., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and RobLabs.

You are responsible for keeping your password and authentication factors secure. You may not share your account credentials or impersonate another user. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, to use Rubi independently.

You may use Rubi to manage your own information, automate tasks you are authorized to perform, build and publish projects, monitor public information, and operate connected systems within the permissions you control. All use must comply with applicable laws and the rights of others.

You may not use Rubi to break into systems you do not own, scrape private data without authorization, send spam or harassment, distribute malware, evade security controls, or automate actions that violate the terms of a connected service. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for prohibited purposes.

Some features require a paid subscription. Billing cycles, prices and included limits are shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Rubi is an assistant, not a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial or other regulated fields. RobLabs is not liable for decisions you make based on Rubi's output, for outages of third-party services, or for damages beyond the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from the settings screen.
