Refund Policy

Paid plans may include a trial period stated at signup. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. After the trial, your subscription begins automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

If you were charged by mistake, if a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service for a sustained period, or if you cancel within fourteen days of your first paid charge and have not materially consumed the service, you may request a full or partial refund.

We do not refund charges after the fourteen-day window unless required by law, nor do we refund usage-based overages you incurred while using the service. Subscription credits or prepaid balances are not convertible to cash.

Send an email to billing@robgens.ai from the address associated with your account. Include the date of charge, the last four digits of the card used, and the reason for the request. We review requests within five business days.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Deleting your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
