Real deployments, measured results

This page documents what Rubi has done on live systems and what she is modeled to deliver in deployments currently under confidentiality. Documented cases carry measurements produced by Rubi herself, retained in the platform's audit log and repeatable on demand. Confidential simulations describe real company profiles whose identities are protected; their figures are modeled estimates, clearly marked, based on the operating patterns of each sector.

Enterprise platform operations Documented on a live system

Company profile

Campusverse Creator — a live multi-tenant AI platform operated by RobLabs, running in production with public endpoints and its own autonomous health reporting.

The challenge

The platform's operations service was responding in 9.8 seconds and its own health report showed web_search and weather services failing, with a general health score of 0/100.

What Rubi does

Rubi measured every production endpoint herself, read the system's own health summary, primed the slow endpoints with read-only warm-up rounds, re-measured and opened a fully-audited incident with the exact numbers when the slowness survived the repair. No human ran a single command.

MetricBeforeWith Rubi
Average endpoint latency (measured by Rubi)2,709 mstracked per run
Slowest endpoint identified9,813 ms (ops service)incident opened
Time to full diagnosis + incident reporthours of manual workunder 2 minutes, autonomous

A human on-call engineer would need 2–4 hours to reproduce this diagnosis. Rubi produced it autonomously in one run, with audit trail.

Live evidence: every measurement is stored in the platform's own audit log and can be re-run on demand from the Campusverse ops panel.

Clinics & laboratories Confidential — simulation

Company profile

Confidential — multi-site medical clinic group, ~40 staff, running scheduling, patient records and lab results across disconnected systems.

The challenge

Reception staff spent most of the day answering repeat questions, re-typing lab results into messages and chasing no-shows, while doctors lost time assembling patient context before each appointment.

What Rubi does

Rubi instance connected to the scheduling and records systems: she answers patient questions on voice and text, assembles a pre-appointment briefing per doctor, follows up lab results and fills no-show slots from a waitlist — all under approval gates for anything clinical.

MetricBeforeWith Rubi
Front-desk phone volumebaseline−60% (simulated)
Doctor prep time per patient8–10 minunder 1 min (simulated)
No-show slot recoverylost~70% refilled (simulated)

Simulated: roughly 25–30 staff hours per week returned to patient care, equivalent to one full-time hire, without adding headcount.

Logistics & fleets Confidential — simulation

Company profile

Confidential — regional last-mile delivery operator, ~120 vehicles, telematics in place but dispatch decisions still made on phone calls and spreadsheets.

The challenge

Dispatchers reacted to breakdowns, delays and failed deliveries one message at a time; fuel and maintenance overruns were discovered weeks later in accounting.

What Rubi does

A named Rubi instance monitors fleet telemetry continuously, re-plans routes when a vehicle breaks down, schedules maintenance before failures and briefs the operations manager every morning with exceptions only — everything else handled silently.

MetricBeforeWith Rubi
Failed deliveries detected and re-routedend of daywithin minutes (simulated)
Unplanned breakdownsbaseline−35% via predictive maintenance (simulated)
Dispatcher hours on routine coordinationbaseline−50% (simulated)

Simulated: fuel, overtime and penalty reduction in the range of 8–12% of operating cost, with decisions fully auditable.

Corporate law & compliance Confidential — simulation

Company profile

Confidential — mid-size corporate law firm, ~25 attorneys, heavy contract volume and recurring regulatory deadlines across jurisdictions.

The challenge

Associates spent days on first-pass contract review and deadline tracking lived in individual calendars; missed filings were an existential risk.

What Rubi does

Rubi holds the firm's durable memory of clauses and precedents, produces first-pass contract comparisons, tracks every regulatory deadline with proactive alerts and drafts the routine filings — attorneys review and sign. Every action is logged for the firm's own compliance.

MetricBeforeWith Rubi
First-pass contract review2–3 dayssame day (simulated)
Deadline missesoccasionalzero tolerance monitoring (simulated)
Associate hours on routine draftingbaseline−40% (simulated)

Simulated: the equivalent of 3–4 associate positions of routine work absorbed, letting the firm take more clients without hiring.

Payments & fintech Confidential — simulation

Company profile

Confidential — payment gateway processing high transaction volume, with fraud review queues and merchant onboarding done manually.

The challenge

Fraud analysts were buried in false positives while genuine merchant onboarding took days, costing signed merchants to faster competitors.

What Rubi does

Rubi triages the fraud queue with per-decision reasoning and evidence attached, onboards merchants by collecting and validating documents herself, and monitors transaction patterns around the clock — escalating only what truly needs a human, with the full audit trail regulators expect.

MetricBeforeWith Rubi
Fraud queue triagehours per caseminutes, with reasoning attached (simulated)
Merchant onboarding time3–5 dayssame day (simulated)
Monitoring coveragebusiness hours24/7, proactive alerts (simulated)

Simulated: faster onboarding directly recovers lost merchant revenue; fraud-team capacity roughly doubles without new hires.

Real estate development Confidential — simulation

Company profile

Confidential — developer running several concurrent residential projects, sales team fielding leads across portals, WhatsApp and walk-ins.

The challenge

Leads went cold within hours because follow-up depended on agent availability; construction progress reporting to buyers was sporadic and manual.

What Rubi does

Rubi answers every lead instantly in the buyer's language, qualifies and books visits, sends each buyer proactive construction updates with photos from site monitors, and flags stalled negotiations to the sales director with suggested next actions.

MetricBeforeWith Rubi
Lead response timehours to next dayseconds, 24/7 (simulated)
Qualified visit bookingsbaseline+45% (simulated)
Agent hours on status updates to buyersbaseline−80% (simulated)

Simulated: faster sales cycles and a measurable lift in conversion on the same marketing spend.

Verify the documented case yourself

The Campusverse case is not a slide — it runs continuously. Rubi measures the production endpoints, stores every run and opens incidents autonomously. Investors conducting due diligence can request a live demonstration and inspect the audit trail directly.

Figures marked "simulated" are modeled estimates for confidential company profiles and are presented for evaluation purposes only; they are not audited financial results. Documented figures are measurements taken by Rubi on live systems and retained in the audit log.
